At eCOMHUB, SIA, we take pride in delivering high-quality marketing and advertising services to our clients. Our work involves strategic planning, creative production, and continuous optimization tailored specifically for each brand we work with.

Because each service is customized, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Service Nature

All services provided by eCOMHUB, SIA are custom-tailored and begin only after a discovery or onboarding process. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, creative effort, and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds once a project or service period has commenced.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are typically made in advance based on the service agreement or monthly retainer. Once payment has been received and work has started, it is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their ongoing service agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Any completed or ongoing work up to the date of cancellation will be billed in full. No partial refunds will be issued for work already performed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments due to billing errors.
Mistaken charges proven to be caused by eCOMHUB, SIA’s internal processing system.

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after confirmation.

5. No-Refund Policy for Results

Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms. As such, eCOMHUB, SIA cannot guarantee specific results (such as sales, leads, or performance metrics) and refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any billing or service disputes, clients are encouraged to contact our team directly at hello@weareecomhub.com. We are committed to resolving all issues professionally and promptly.
