eCOMHUB, SIA is a marketing and advertising agency offering services such as:

Paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest);
Creative development and performance optimisation;
Email marketing and automation;
Consulting for e-commerce brands.

Each service is customised for individual business needs and is provided under a service-based model rather than as a product.

3. Payments

All payments are made in advance or as per the mutually agreed service agreement.
Payments may be completed via invoice, wire transfer, or card payment.
Work begins only after the confirmed payment is received.

Invoices are issued by eCOMHUB, SIA, and all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information required for the project.
Respond promptly to communications and feedback requests.
Adhere to payment schedules and deadlines as agreed in the service proposal or contract.

Failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in delays that eCOMHUB, SIA cannot be held responsible for.

5. Performance Disclaimer

While eCOMHUB, SIA is committed to delivering the highest quality work, marketing performance depends on numerous external factors, such as ad platform behavior, consumer trends, and market conditions.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific financial or performance outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, advertising materials, and documents produced by eCOMHUB, SIA remain the property of eCOMHUB, SIA until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and agree not to disclose any private information, strategies, or data shared during the course of our collaboration.

8. Limitation of Liability

eCOMHUB, SIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the ongoing service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Work performed up to the termination date will be billed in full, and any unused time or partial deliverables will not be refunded.
